Pourtant, constater que les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un programme sont mitig\u00e9s ou contrast\u00e9s n\u2019a rien d\u2019un \u00e9chec. Au contraire, c\u2019est une \u00e9tape indispensable pour comprendre, ajuster, et renforcer l\u2019impact des actions men\u00e9es au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des populations concern\u00e9es.<\/span>
