Commissioned by the OECD, EVAL-LAB advises the Bulgarian National Employment Agency on the design and integration of an effective monitoring and evaluation system to strengthen its support to job seekers.
In addition, we use the Agency’s administrative data to conduct rigorous impact evaluations of its employment support programs, helping assess effectiveness and identify avenues for improvement.
