Evaluation of the “Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territory” Experiment and Cost–Benefit Analysis

EVAL-LAB has been commissioned by France Stratégie to evaluate the impact of the Territoires Zéro Chômeur de Longue Durée (TZCLD) experiment.

We rely on administrative data from the DARES and apply advanced quasi-experimental methods to estimate the causal effects of the program.

In parallel, we are conducting a rigorous cost–benefit analysis using the TaxIPP model.
