EVAL-LAB has been commissioned by France Stratégie to conduct a scientific evaluation of the Territoires Zéro Chômeur de Longue Durée (TZCLD) experiment.
We rely on administrative data from the DARES and apply advanced quasi-experimental methods to estimate the causal impacts of the program.
In parallel, we conduct a rigorous cost–benefit analysis, drawing on state-of-the-art analytical tools to assess the program’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.
